Current project status: As of September 2024, FOCI is officially in the second half of its implementation. It is on its way to maturity as we begin the simulations for validation and finalize the emissions data for scenario projections. To feed into the 7th IPCC Assessment Report, including the Special Report on Cities, we aim to complete most model runs within the next year.
